How to get in touch
Write to budanov.evgeni@gmail.com — the developer reads every message personally and usually replies within a few business days. English and Russian are both fine.
To get an answer in one round trip, please include:
- your device model and system version — for example, “iPhone 12, iOS 17.5” or “Xiaomi Redmi Note 11, Android 13”;
- the game version, shown in the “Version” section of the store page;
- what happened, and what you expected instead;
- a screenshot or a short screen recording if the problem is visible.
Frequently asked questions
My progress is gone. Can it be restored? The game has no accounts and no cloud saves: your progress, the shapes you have made, and your settings are stored on the device itself. Unfortunately this means progress cannot be recovered after the game is deleted, reinstalled, or the device is reset.
Can I move my progress to another phone? No, for the same reason: the save file lives on the device and is never uploaded anywhere.
How do I start over? Menu → “Start over”. This erases all progress and cannot be undone.
How do I change the language? Menu → “Language”. English and Russian are available; on first launch the game follows your system language.
There is no sound. Check the “Music” and “Sounds” switches in the menu. On iPhone the game plays even with the silent switch on — that is intentional. If your own music or a podcast is playing, the game pauses its soundtrack and resumes it from the same spot once you stop your player; sound effects keep playing.
How do I turn off vibration? Menu → “Vibration”.
The game crashes, freezes, or runs slowly. Write to us and be sure to include your device model and system version. If the crash happens at the same point every time, describe that point — it is the fastest way to find the bug.
Are there ads or purchases? No. The game is free, with no ads, no paid features, and no subscriptions.
Which devices are supported? iOS 15.0 and later, Android 7.1 and later. The game runs on both phones and tablets.
What data does the game collect? Anonymous gameplay statistics and crash reports, and nothing else. The details, your rights, and how to have data deleted are described in the privacy policy: https://pepepriv.github.io/cozy-pottery-legal/
How do I withdraw consent or have my data deleted? Write to budanov.evgeni@gmail.com — we will explain where to find your installation identifier and delete the data associated with it. Deleting the game from your device also stops collection entirely.
Is the game suitable for children? The game is not directed at children under 13.

Частые вопросы
Пропал прогресс. Как вернуть? В игре нет аккаунтов и облачных сохранений: прогресс, вылепленные формы и настройки хранятся на самом устройстве. Поэтому восстановить их после удаления игры, сброса устройства или переустановки, к сожалению, нельзя.
Можно перенести прогресс на другой телефон? Нет — по той же причине: сохранение живёт только на устройстве и никуда не отправляется.
Как начать игру заново? Меню → «Начать заново». Это стирает весь прогресс, и отменить сброс нельзя.
Как поменять язык? Меню → «Язык». Доступны русский и английский; при первом запуске игра берёт язык системы.
Нет звука. Проверьте переключатели «Музыка» и «Звуки» в меню. На iPhone игра звучит и когда включён беззвучный режим — так задумано. Если параллельно играет ваша музыка или подкаст, игра ставит свой трек на паузу и продолжает его с того же места, когда вы остановите плеер; звуки при этом остаются.
Как отключить вибрацию? Меню → «Вибрация».
Игра вылетает, зависает или тормозит. Напишите нам, обязательно с моделью устройства и версией системы. Если вылет повторяется на одном и том же шаге — опишите этот шаг, так ошибка находится быстрее всего.
Есть ли реклама и покупки? Нет. Игра бесплатная, реклама, платные функции и подписки в ней отсутствуют.
Какие устройства поддерживаются? iOS 15.0 и новее, Android 7.1 и новее. Игра работает и на телефонах, и на планшетах.

Как отозвать согласие на сбор данных или удалить данные? Напишите на budanov.evgeni@gmail.com — мы объясним, как найти идентификатор установки, и удалим относящиеся к нему данные. Сбор полностью прекращается и при удалении игры с устройства.
